We will walk through your business, target market, audience, competition, strategies & tactics to make this project a success. Discovery generally takes four or five calls, and after each session, we will go out & research to be ready for next call with fresh ideas & questions.
Based on discovery sessions, we’ll put together the best solution in a short but accurate proposal. You will know the time to market, estimated cost (with a few options for you to decide) and our proposed work plan in detail. We’ve had 82% closing rate for our proposals in last six years, because we don’t play guesstimate game and do our homework by heart, brain & sweat!
As soon as you’re ready, we’ll get started. We schedule a kick-off meeting followed by story mapping & prototyping. You will have a dedicated online page that summarizes all info you need, access to your Trello board & Slack channel. Everybody at your small team will make it their mission to make this a success story for you and FoundersBuddy.
